  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc Dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup Orange Liqueur Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 3 cups White Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice Adjust to taste
For the Fruit Infusion
  • 1 medium Red Apple Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries Preferably fresh, thawed frozen is okay
For the Fizz and Garnish
  • 2 cups Lemon-Lime Soda Added right before serving
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks Optional, for garnish
  • 3 Rosemary Sprigs Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the fresh cranberries thoroughly and cut the red apple into 1-inch cubes. Combine cranberries and apple cubes in a large pitcher, adding a few cinnamon sticks.
  2. Pour in the Sauvignon Blanc, orange liqueur, white cranberry juice, and lime juice into the pitcher. Gently mix the ingredients together for about 30 seconds.
  3. Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, gently stir in the lemon-lime soda to maintain carbonation.
  5. Pour the sangria into festive glasses and garnish with additional diced apple, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary sprigs.

Notes
