  5. Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough to ¼-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
  7. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are light golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
