  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Slice fresh peaches about ¼-inch thick and toss them gently in the brown sugar mixture.
  4. Line a round baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Unroll the puff pastry onto the lined baking sheet, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges.
  6. Gently fold the edges of the puff pastry over the peach slices.
