- Begin by breaking the white almond bark into small chunks and placing them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
- Remove from microwave and let cool for a minute. Fold in the cornflakes or Rice Krispies until well-coated.
- Add pastel M&M's and carefully fold them into the mixture without breaking them.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop rounded mounds onto the sheet, leaving space between each cluster.
- Press additional M&M's and sprinkles onto the tops of the clusters while chocolate is still soft.
- Allow the clusters to sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
