Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until light and fluffy for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix for an additional 30 to 60 seconds until fluffy.
  4. Pour in vegetable oil and brown sugar, folding them into the mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Sift in flour, baking soda, and baking powder into the mixture. Mix until no dry flour remains.
  6. Gently fold in white chocolate chips, Lucky Charms marshmallows, and optional sprinkles.
  7. Scoop the dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set and centers look glossy.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 3 to 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
