  • 0.5 cups Milk Dairy, almond, or oat milk
  • 2 shots Espresso or Strong Brewed Coffee Cold brew works as well
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Puree Homemade puree recommended
  • 1 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup Swap for ½ teaspoon vanilla extract if desired
  • Ice Cubes
Optional Toppings
  • Whipped Cream For a decadent finish
  • Fresh Raspberries For garnish
  • Crushed Freeze-Dried Raspberries For extra crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare Raspberry Puree by blending fresh raspberries and straining through a sieve. Chill for 5 minutes.
  2. Brew espresso or a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
  3. In a tall glass, pour chilled raspberry puree, then vanilla syrup. Add ice cubes.
  4. Pour in milk until the glass is three-quarters full, then stir lightly.
  5. Slowly add chilled coffee over the back of a spoon to create layers.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and raspberries, then serve immediately.
