Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry jello gelatin. Carefully pour in one cup of boiling water and whisk vigorously for about two minutes until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  2. Gently stir in two cups of Greek yogurt into the dissolved gelatin mixture until combined thoroughly.
  3. Pour in one cup of cold water and stir gently to incorporate it evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into individual serving dishes or a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
