Baking Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: melted butter, maple syrup, milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
