Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your shrimp and scallops. If using frozen seafood, thaw completely, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for about 3 minutes until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  4. Pour in the white grape juice and let it simmer for 2 minutes to deglaze the pan.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, along with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Transfer the seafood mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the gratin for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
