Preparation
- Season the boneless skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C). Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes.
- Whisk in 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Slice the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Assemble bowls with sautéed broccoli, chicken, and creamy garlic sauce.
