Pudding Layer
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Can substitute with skim or non-dairy milk
  • 1 package Vanilla Pudding Mix Can substitute with chocolate or banana pudding
  • 1 container Cool Whip Homemade whipped cream can be used
Crunch Layer
  • 24 Oreos Oreos Can use gluten-free Oreos as needed
Topping
  • 3 tablespoons Mini Egg Chocolate Candies Use any seasonal candy if preferred
  • 12 pieces Peeps (Marshmallow Treats) Consider candy-covered strawberries for decoration

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather twelve 8-ounce clear cups. Spoon 1 ½ tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of each cup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of cold whole milk for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip to the pudding mixture until smooth and airy.
  4. Layer two heaping spoonfuls of the pudding mixture on top of the Oreo crumbs in each cup. Sprinkle 1 ½ tablespoons of crushed Oreos over the pudding layer. Repeat until three layers are created.
  5. Finish the layering by adding 1 tablespoon of Oreo crumbs on top.
  6. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Before serving, decorate the tops with mini chocolate eggs and a Peeps marshmallow treat.
