  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit thaw frozen fruit before blending
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey adjust to taste

  1. Place 1⅓ cups of yogurt, 1⅓ cups of fruit, ⅔ cup of milk, and 2-3 tablespoons of honey into a blender. Blend until smooth.
