  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Can replace with almond flour for gluten-free

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8 or 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cranberries, chopped walnuts, and ½ cup of sugar, tossing gently to coat.
  3. Spread the cranberry and walnut mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, remaining sugar, and eggs until smooth. Gradually stir in flour until just combined.
  5. Dollop the thick batter over the cranberry layer, spreading it evenly to cover the fruit.
  6. Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the pie to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then gently release the springform ring.
  8. Invert the pie onto a serving plate and enjoy warm or at room temperature, ideally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
