Preparation Steps

- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust about 10-12 inches in diameter.

- Mix the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and extra parmesan in a separate bowl.
