  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or Aioli optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh is best

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, adding salt and pepper to taste until smooth.
  2. Spread mayonnaise or aioli on one side of each slice of bread. Layer the avocado mixture, shredded chicken, and cheese on one slice, then top with the second slice.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and slice in half. Serve hot.
