  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust according to heat preference
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Best if freshly squeezed
  • 1 medium Onion Red onion offers a milder flavor
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh chopped preferred
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Make sure it's gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Adjust to taste
For garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Can substitute with parsley if desired

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Sear chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté diced onion for 4-5 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in smoked paprika and chili flakes, letting them cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in coconut milk, chicken broth, and lime juice. Stir to combine and gently simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  5. Return the seared chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
