- Pour in coconut milk, chicken broth, and lime juice. Stir to combine and gently simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
