  1. Gather 3 cups of shredded cooked chicken, 1 pound of diced bacon, 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes, ½ small finely diced red onion, and 2 diced celery stalks. Cook bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
