Preparation Steps
  1. Start by placing 1 cup of fresh blackberries into your blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Grab a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, pour the blackberry puree into the strainer, and press down to extract juice, leaving behind the seeds.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the strained blackberry juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 1/4 cup honey or syrup. Stir well for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Slowly pour in 2 cups of sparkling water and gently stir to mix while maintaining the bubbles.
  5. Prepare individual glasses filled with ice cubes and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  6. Finally, clap fresh mint leaves in your palms and place a sprig in each glass before serving.
