Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the beef against the grain, about 1/4 inch thick, and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  3. Submerge the sliced beef into the marinade and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and add the marinated beef. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve the beef over rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.
