Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce or teriyaki sauce for different flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or olive oil if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce gluten-free can be used
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Coleslaw or pre-packaged slaw mix
  • 3 tablespoons Green Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey can substitute with maple syrup
For Assembly
  • 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers or use lettuce wraps for low-carb
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for crispy wonton shells.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and drape wonton wrappers to form taco shapes.
  3. Bake the wonton shells for 7-8 minutes until golden, then pull apart and bake for another 7-8 minutes.
  4. Mix diced chicken with hoisin, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  5. Sauté the chicken mixture in a skillet over high heat for 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Combine coleslaw mix with green onions, rice vinegar, and honey in another bowl.
  7. Assemble the tacos by filling crispy wonton shells with chicken and topping with slaw and sweet chili sauce.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
