Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Whisk until evenly mixed; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add applesauce, apple cider, and vanilla extract; blend until fluffy.
  3. Crack in the eggs and beat gently. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake pan with paper liners and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about ¾ full with the batter. Bake for 18-22 minutes, checking for doneness.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
