Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, then blend in apple cider and vegetable oil until well combined.

- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and apple cider to make the frosting.
- Once the cupcakes are completely cool, frost generously and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or drizzle with caramel if desired.
