- Prepare your pie crust by placing a store-bought crust in a pie dish, or bake a homemade crust according to recipe instructions and cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk. Whisk until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in 2 cups of fresh whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spoon half of the peanut butter filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining peanut butter with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to create crumble nuggets. Sprinkle half over the first layer of filling.
- Add the remaining peanut butter filling on top, smoothing it evenly, and then sprinkle the rest of the crumble on top.
- Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set properly.
