- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 squares. Press into the muffin cups to form a cup.
- Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry cup and top with cranberry sauce and candied pecans.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melty.
- Let the bites cool for about 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
