Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 squares. Press into the muffin cups to form a cup.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry cup and top with cranberry sauce and candied pecans.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melty.
  5. Let the bites cool for about 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
