Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring salted water to a rolling boil and cook lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and cool.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink. Fold in crab meat, season, and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  4. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Layer Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish, followed by noodles, cheese mixture, and seafood. Repeat layering two more times.
  6. Top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
