Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line an 8"x11" baking pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a stand mixer, combine the room temperature butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed butter and sugars, mixing on low speed until just combined. Stir in half a cup of chocolate chips.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
