Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Dip Biscoff cookies swiftly in milk for just 1-2 seconds. Arrange the dipped cookies in a 9x9-inch pan for the first layer.
  3. Spread half of your cream mixture over the cookies evenly.
  4. Repeat the dipping process for another set of Biscoff cookies and layer them on top of the cream layer.
  5. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top of the second layer of cookies.
  6. Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle the top with Biscoff crumbs and optional chocolate shavings. Slice into squares.
