Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse and dry the strawberries and cucumbers. Hull the strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces. Chop cucumbers into rounds or half-moons.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice or balsamic vinegar with honey or maple syrup. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until emulsified.
  3. In a large bowl, layer the cucumbers and strawberries. Crumble feta over the top if using, and sprinkle fresh herbs.
