Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs, stirring frequently for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Wash and slice 3–4 mini seedless cucumbers into 1/4-inch rounds and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of crumbled bacon, and the toasted panko to the bowl with cucumbers. Pour in desired amount of Caesar dressing and toss gently.
  4. Garnish with additional shaved Parmesan, crumbled bacon, and toasted breadcrumbs before serving.
