- In a large bowl, whisk together fresh orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped oregano, ground cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Coat chicken thighs in the prepared marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove chicken thighs from the marinade, drip off excess, place skin-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 35-40 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
