Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of sour cream, ¼ cup of salsa, and 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Lay a large tortilla flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce over the bottom half.
  3. Layer ⅓ cup of shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons of diced tomato, ¼ of a diced avocado, and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese. Add ½ cup of cooked chicken.
  4. Sprinkle ¼ cup of crushed Fritos over the top. Drizzle more sauce if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
