  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet Brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups Chicken broth Low-sodium recommended
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
For Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the slow cooker as the base.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Combine & Cook: Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken and set the slow cooker to low for 6 hours.
  4. Shred Chicken: Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred using two forks.
  5. Finish the Gravy: Stir shredded chicken back into the crockpot and fold in sour cream.
  6. Serve: Ladle over rice or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
