Preparation Steps
- Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the slow cooker as the base.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Combine & Cook: Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken and set the slow cooker to low for 6 hours.
- Shred Chicken: Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred using two forks.
- Finish the Gravy: Stir shredded chicken back into the crockpot and fold in sour cream.
- Serve: Ladle over rice or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
