- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the beef is fully browned, about 7-10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula. Once cooked, drain any excess grease and set the meat aside for later.
- In your trusty crockpot, combine the cooked beef with shredded cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice. Stir all the ingredients until evenly incorporated.
- Set your crockpot to the LOW setting and allow the dip to cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to promote even melting.
- Once melted and creamy, switch the crockpot to the WARM setting and serve directly from it.
