Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Zucchini Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Wash and dry zucchinis thoroughly. Cut them into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
  2. Lay the zucchini rounds on paper towels in a single layer, sprinkle lightly with sea salt, and allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Pat them dry afterwards.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine dried zucchini slices with olive oil and seasonings: sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, arrange seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer, and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
  5. Let the crispy zucchini chips cool for about 5 minutes before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
