Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your workspace and gather all ingredients.
  2. Place the boneless chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1 inch. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with one bowl of beaten eggs and another with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip each seasoned chicken breast in the beaten egg, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. While the chicken bakes, melt butter or heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Pour heavy cream into the saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Once the chicken has finished baking, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
