Preparation Steps
  1. Pat your cod fillets dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare breading: Mix flour with salt in one bowl, beat eggs in another, combine panko, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a third.
  3. Dredge cod in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Brush air fryer basket with olive oil, arrange cod fillets in a single layer.
  6. Cook cod for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges once cooked.
