- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips with soy sauce, egg, cornstarch, and all-purpose flour. Mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat about 1/4 cup of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken in batches and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a clean pan, add a tablespoon of oil and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
