  • 1 cup Wonton Strips can replace with fried noodles or omit for lighter version

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Remove the skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken, then shred the meat into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash and chop the red cabbage into thin strips.
  3. Peel and shred the carrots using a grater or food processor.
  4. Slice the green onions.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped red cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
  6. Toss the ingredients together until they’re evenly distributed.
