  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped Can replace with chives or omit.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by mincing five cloves of fresh garlic and chopping one tablespoon of fresh parsley; set these aside.
  2. Pat the chicken tenders dry using paper towels to create a golden, crispy exterior.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2.5 teaspoons of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Roll each chicken tender in this mixture until thoroughly coated.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
  5. Carefully place the seasoned chicken tenders into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes.
  6. After 3 minutes, flip the chicken tenders gently using tongs and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  7. Once the chicken tenders are done, push them to one side of the skillet. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and the minced garlic to the other side. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
  8. Pour in 2 tablespoons of water to deglaze the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
  9. Gently toss the chicken tenders with the garlic butter sauce and the chopped parsley until well coated. Serve immediately.
