Preparation Steps

  2. Peel the butternut squash and cut it into 1-inch cubes. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned squash on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden-brown and crispy.
  6. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine crumbled feta and honey. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  7. Once the bites are done, drizzle the hot honey feta mixture over the squash bites and serve.
