Preparation Steps
- Chop broccoli into small pieces, steam for 5-7 minutes, drain, and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties, about ¾ inch thick, and place on a baking sheet.
- For frying, heat oil in a skillet and fry patties on each side for 4-5 minutes until golden. For baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces such as ranch or sriracha.
