  4. Apply the oil and spice mixture evenly onto both sides of each cauliflower steak.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cauliflower steaks without overlapping.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
