Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30-40 minutes.
  3. In a deep pan, heat oil and prepare the coating by mixing graham cracker crumbs and panko breadcrumbs in one dish, and whisking eggs and heavy cream in another.
  4. Coat each frozen bite in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Fry in batches in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden.
