- Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle that’s roughly 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 3x3 inch squares.
- Fill each dough square with mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Seal the rolls by folding the dough over the filling and pressing the edges.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the rolls in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Let cool for a minute before serving with marinara sauce.
