Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by thawing your cod fillets if they're frozen, then pat them dry using paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup each of panko and Italian bread crumbs, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of milk. Add in garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, Italian seasoning, and Mrs. Dash.
  4. Take one cod fillet and dip it into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the breaded cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook the cod fillets in the air fryer for about 8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
