- In another bowl, crack and beat the eggs until smooth.
- Set up your breading station with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange tenders in a single layer.
- Cook chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Return to air fryer if needed.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
