Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry apples. Cut into fry-shaped sticks and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set up a coating station with flour in one bowl, whisked egg and milk in another, and breadcrumbs with sugar and cinnamon in the last.
  3. Dredge each apple fry in flour, dip in egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Lightly spray coated fries with nonstick cooking spray and arrange in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  6. Toss warm fries in additional cinnamon sugar if desired and serve immediately with dipping sauces.
