Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, red onion, and fresh parsley under cool running water.
  2. Chop the cucumbers and sweet bell peppers into bite-sized cubes, slice the red onion thinly, and finely chop the parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and toss them together gently.
