  1. Start by mincing garlic and halving cherry tomatoes, then set aside.

  4. Deglaze with white wine, simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in chili flakes and tomato paste.
  5. Lower heat, add heavy cream and flour slurry, then stir in sugar and simmer until thick.
  6. Mix in parsley, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; combine with cooked pasta.
  7. Let pasta simmer in sauce for 5 minutes, then rest for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan and additional parsley.
