Cooking Steps
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions for 9-11 minutes. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
- Season chicken in a bowl with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Then add tomatoes and spinach.
- Pour in cream, add parmesan and red pepper flakes. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
- Combine the cooked chicken and pasta with the sauce. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
